March 30, 1948 Dear Mr. Conroy, 

    For the luvva Mike -- nobody ran me away from the Seven Stairs party!    It was only that I was due at Glenview at 6 for Easter dinner, and had to depend upon a bus to get me there.  Sunday was an awfully crowded day.
    I wish I could have stayed until the curfew sounded, & met Esta & Janice & all the people there.  I liked them.  They were friendly
