Ravinia, Ill. Sept 11 1935 My dear little friend Arthur. When I came home from your house all our friendly neighbors here. The big gray squirrels, the little chipmunks, the robins and the bluejays, with a family of red cardinal birds were here to greet us around our porch. Soon you will receive a book of pictures and stories of a funny [unclear] like those you have. I am sure you will like it and your mother and father too.
