THOMAS FRANCIS WOODS ATTORNEY AND COUNSELOR AT LAW ALBANY, N.Y.

3/29/33 My dear Sherwood Anderson: This comes from the man who had you eat some pheasant and drink some wine with him and his friends–when you were lecturing here a year–or was it a thousand years ago The occasion of letter–I have a copy of my new book 'Three Wafers', out last Saturday, sent you a day or two ago in care your publisher. I sent one to our friend Max Eastman and asked him for comment. I want yours, too. Meanwhile in a day or two I think I shall motor? truth for a change. If you are to be in Virginia within next two or three weeks, I think I shall acept your invitation of that night (at my little country house) and stop off to break bread with you. Let me hear from you. With cordial remembrance I am Faithfully yours. T. Woods
