    The wife of an EPA friend in Corvallis has started an in-house newsletter at the Gazette-Times, and he sent me this copy. Thought you would be interested in the lead story. It's a small world.
   There's not much new here. We've settled in quite well, but still miss the Northwest.
   Hope the new decade will be a good one for you.
