 I'm too sunk with teaching to write letters these days - hence my neglect. Glad to hear The Disinherited is making its way, which it certainly deserves.
 It's great that you're to have a trip abroad. Don't skip Ireland; it's the most charming place in the world, I do believe.  I'd go back if I could afford it -

time as well as money. I am free from July to December and I must finish the book on Dubiners then; I'm scheduled to teach two terms, January to June, '65.

 If you go to Dublin you'll probably do yourselves proud at the Shelbourne on St. Stephens Green, but if you're looking for a small modest charming old

place, try Buswell's Hotel, Molesworth Street. It's just a long block from the green, along Kildare Street, and right by the National Library and Museum. And the semi-retired proprietress, Mrs. Nora Duff, is worth a trip to Ireland alone. If ever I
