Dear Jack,

On the bonus day of the year, I'm sweating out a Mardi Gras party's folly. So to pen and ink - as always. .

Some advice, if you please. Flooding a Caribbean cruise, I was able to catch some of that island atmosphere (I hope) in a little story, about 1300 words, called "A Moment of Lore in Jamaica". Actually there was enough material for several little tales with provocative titles and wispy charm.

Is there a market anywhere for that kind of fiction?
