Hartwick April 15th 1807 Honoured Father I now take my pen to inform you we are all in good health I also inform you that we have a nother son added to our family he was born 28th March his waight was 10 pounds this put me in mind of the old saying change of pasture makes good calves Hannah has bin remarkably well more so then she ever was I should wrote you before but we have had such a snow storm that thare has bin no stirring our mail has bin stopt and thare is a very grait body of snow yet we have jest begun to sow as for news i have none except we have had a very severe winter remember us and give our love to all our friends I Remain yours Hazh Hayden
