Mustang or Wild Horse of Texas When residing on the coast I heard much concerning the numbers, excellence, X and easily tamed of the Mustang from some people, whilst the observations others went to shew that the same animal was just what it was "cracked up to be", being very wild, difficult to catch & break in & above all full of 'Mustang tricks', such as running away when an opportunity offered & 'taking to the woods, dangerous to bridle & saddle &c &c.
