This is sometimes a worry too and always of course an expense. But she rushes back to St. L. and sells a couple of houses (real estate is her business). This seems to rejuvenate her. She is a great girl and smart.

 Martha Jane, another St. L. admirer of yours, frequently enquires about you. She travels far & wide each winter to exotic spots and somehow spoke a good deal of French in Portugal and maybe Spain too this year. Don't ask me how all this came about. 
 And do you remember Polky? He & I are planning to attend the 50th anniversary dinner of Lindbergh's flight on May 11. Anne Morrow L. will be on hand and will see all her & her husband's medals & trophies displayed in a new setting at
