  No Xmas cards (or pens) here, but thanks for yours, & Jack's note.
  I have more advice, or questions.   Jack, why don't you do an article for American Heritage o(or other) before finishing The Rosewood Casket?  This occurs to me because I'm thinking a piece on teenage folklore (autograph albums, camp songs, gags & jokes), wholesome & non-Freudian for this publication.  Or even Reader's Indigestion.
