Dear Jack- This is mostly to warn you briefly that I'll probably try to get in touch with you sometime Saturday to Monday. Though I realize that a Labor Day Weekend is a hell of a time to try to see anyone or even to be alive.

   We are all four (G. bless us every one) visiting Brother David (another four) in a jolly little beach house for a few days. Then will be with my Mom (He may bless her too) on Saturday the 30th then in Chgo Sunday & Monday. Fly to Newark Tuesday noon, the 2d of Sept. 
  I'm not counting on being able to see anyone. The kids will probably gawk through two or three museums. Possibly my Sis will be back from California.
