every one advises me to stay here as long as the Dr will allow me to and I think it would be a good policy to do so as it is much better to stay in a house then to live in tents. as long as the regiment stays close I am not uneasy you need not be uneasy about me on account of being in a hospital for I am not sick being only weak and unfit for duty on account of the Camp Diarhoea a disease which is very common among the Soldiers but not dangerous but it is often almost impossible to get rid of quite a number have been discharged on account of it. the paymaster is beginning to be an individual anxiously looked for as the boys are nearly all out of money and the time is past for paying the regiment, I hope he will make his appearance
