What is it about the A. B. C.F.M. I always thought it compos'd of some of the very best men and that they try to do what would be the greatest good of the greatest number. She is not so easily affected in that way as some folk but if she was you'd make her very vain. I think on looking over your figures that you have got along remarkably in regard to your expenses to be sure your page torn have not been good enough some of the time. Instance the Coat & pants you sent home last fall but that wont make any odds a few years hence. I am glad if you have got a good rest Tis most always best I think to buy good articles but the inexperienced often have to give the highest price and not get the best article after all. I would not get too deep into Society Expenses unless you are very sure that they'll benefit you which I very much doubt. But I would enquire what has become of a religious feeling you had last Spring.

 Beware my Son hold forth your profession if you are not alarm'd at the great amount of Apathy in regard to religion and the infidelity I am alarm'd for you.
