where I left Chicago for the country and my country people. I was back there in the summer of '78, all I could afford was Rogers Park, then Wilson Avenue--unsafe, but I did like it. Blew a whole team of "Managers"--apartment building in the Park. Also needed '79 with my parents & good old Minneapolis. My sisters aren't the greatest, tho my brother is. Enclosed one of my more recent efforts at poetry. Improved taking a course at the Loft (Chicago & Lake) in Minneapolis. Really wonderful to poetize with a small group (about 8). Election time is coming up. Atlantic, (6,500 people), with its summer primary really had a hood running for County Sheriff. It was a 4-way nick-and-neck
