8 Did you ask if we had a good picture show? We have five and we are within 5 mins. drive of anyone of them. They are all quite nice houses and the prices are just right. At the three best houses we see two feature pictures for 25 c, the others show one feature and one comely, one is 15 c and the other is 10 c. Only one is opened in the P.M. except on Sun. when they are all opened and you get in for 15 c so you might know we see all the good pictures. Have seen Tale of Two Cities, Midsummer Nights Dream, George Arlis in Mr. Hobo, The Little Colonel, Mutiny on the Bounty etc. We get some of the good ones before Chicago and we don't miss any of them if we can help it.

 Have not visited the O.E.S. in Salem but visited once in Portland. I had been on the go so much before I came out here that I have been glad to just take it easy.
