2 Malcolm would apply for a job with the Telephone Co. but if he will ask at 212 W. Washington they will tell him where to file an application. They always have a man there to direct people to the right place. it is certainly a good company to work for and if I had it to do over again I'd work for them.

  The weather here is much warmer than in Chicago. The thermometer has been between 45 degrees and 58 degrees or so, most of the time except for a very unusual

freeze and snow fall that we had just after I came in October - I think they put it on just to make me feel at home. We have rain instead of cold weather and sunshine. This is Thursday and it has rained four days this week so far. if the sun shines it is a little colder and they everyone wishes for rain so it will warm up. it is 52 degrees now and the sun is now trying to shine.
