3 Felt as though I must do something for my stomach so have been eating somewhat on the order of Dr. Boffenmeyer's ideas this week, and have felt better. Have taken 4 oranges and a qt. or nearly a qt. of milk for breakfast. Then toast and eggs at noon. Then meat and a huge place of lettuce celery and apples for supper. No bread for supper. No bread that is not toasted at any meal. No potato this week. No starches with the meat and
