Hope the fruit will net you good returns this year. Sugar is down to 10 c a pound - 8 c with a $2 00 order at the Fair and such places. Eggs are now 93 c -however. Mrs. Kopp said she might have a few fresh ones to sell me soon. Her pullets are beginning to lay. 

 Had a very pleasant day with Papa. Went to the usual dinner place, but fared very well. Had tomato soup, Turkey celery, cauliflower, potatoes,

bread & butter, New York ice cream, cake & coffee. Cost Papa $1 25 per each. At the Park saw the new baby hippo presented recently by
