Friday afternoon

Dear Mummie 

 Am sending you the yarn for tights  by this mail.   Did not get the brand you asked for but got the kind that I used for the sweater and sufficient to make the leggings - tights

or whatever they are called - so the saleslady assured me. Went to town yesterday and got stockings for Malcolm, gloves for myself, gingham 2 1/4 yds. each of blue and tan for suits and 1/2 yd. picque for collars. Just rec'd a very pretty
