for all the dances. I'll guarantee that the women will thoroughly enjoy the occasion. They can dance as often as they like and with whoever they please. What bliss not to have to endure the trippings and skippings of a poor dancer. There is one thing about this crowd down here, though. Nearly all of them are good dancers and very pleasant people. Only three or four of the men can't dance and they aren't troublesome except in the circle two steps when it is a matter of chance who your partner will be.

 Do you think that Richert will be able to pay for the place after all?  If so, will you go up to Highlands anyway this summer? Wish you would both come up here instead. Wouldn't we have some glorious good times?
