Dear Mum & Grandmum: You will be wondering whether I am really pregnant, after all, as I have still no news of interest. V enclosed. When I first wrote of my pregnancy, didn't I name some date in May as the possible birthday? If so, the first opinion must have been nearer right. Feel better this week than I did last. My washing goes to the Wet Wash again today - perhaps I shall have several more washdays to live through before my times comes. Mrs. Lang's next case is scheduled for the 15th so if her patient is on time I shall have to engage some other nurse. There is a Miss Whitman in Wheaton whom I might secure - and I took down two phone numbers of Chicago nurses that appeared in last Sunday's Tribune which may bring some help - if not, will let the doctor provide someone. The doctor has not tried to get in touch with me at all, so must be he does
