 I have been trying to get you over the 'phone but could obtain no response.  I know dear that you and Max and Mother all think I'm a miserable cad and low-life in general, and

with good reason. It's allright, go as far as you like, I'm with you. But God knows - if anybody does that I've had one awful struggle
