 When we get this big place sold & our living simplified, we'll regain the pep we have temporarily lost.
 How keenly we cd sympathize w/you over the mean behavior of those tenants of yours! We had a string of such experiences, till we gave up "landlording."
 Sorry indeed that you don't think you'll be able to make the trip here w/Bertha Howe. But this makes us all the more determined to get down there to see you -
