When we get this big place sold & our living simplified, we'll regain the pep we have tem- porarily lost. How keenly we cd sympathize w/ you over the mean behavior of those tenants of yours! We had a string of such experiences, till we gave up "landlording." Sorry indeed that you don't think you'll be able to make the trip here w/ Bertha Hove. But this makes us all the more deter mined to get down there to see you - perhaps in Nov. as you suggest. Meanwhile, our love to you & our hope that life will be kinder to you in future.
