I have to tell you that that check Gov. check came back - saying not properly endorsed & where you read it it plainly said the witnesses must have their address under thier name. Mr H. says he would have thought that the man at the bank would have noticed it, well I sent it back to Mr Davis, did have it addressed to Mrs Spier then & that maby school was out and she might be gone to Va to visit her mother, so I sent to Mr Davis so he said they sent it to the bank & the man said he'd try & fix it so I suppose he's holding the amt of the check in the bank. I wrote them to send rest of checking acct back here probably wont hear anything till 1st of the month, Hope you will find something to do along - Lots of love

No he did not mention the clock in will but of course I'd like to keep it here until I see or know what to do, just as Frank says I guess.
