Dear Mary 

 For some reason I am feeling in the dumps today, so I write you. I havent heard word from you for a long time and I enjoy your letters & unclear words

they dont come. I wish I could see you and hope you are happy, but you are not no one is happy who? is built like you & me. I have been ? about these two annts? and am doing all I can to read news mnly?. Shall give all I can myself and read some this month. I do hope nothing irsy? ?enons? shall happen to them. Well it is the way of the world and I presume nothing matters much. but
