buying it a few days ago and supposed a sale was in right as agreement with the owner of the building I still sleep in eat at one of the 2 cafe which I am tired of. As the agreement was for two or three weeks if necessary as two are gone. I wrote this person two days ago if I could get the place, as I needed a place to sleep if I had to get out, well I haven't seen him and guess he got mad at the request, well he can keep his place he may show up but dont think so. he is A.J. Mason, had nothing to speak of when he married on of the Conrad girls, We call him the conrad Millionaire. does nothing, well I havent time to tell all about him Am sending by express charges paid 15 lbs of sugar & a 1/2 gal. jar of lard. I hope all arrive in good order. do you take National Geographic if not will send as often as read to keep or give to someone that will pass it around after being read. A report on room looked for today or tomorrow. hope it is good. have a garrage in view am told it is for sale a bid is mailed this a.m. special delivery. the building needs quite a little work on it. if I get it will have a place to stay which now is an impossability. If you will send in a week or 10 days, if I get a room or the garage will stay if not will write as soon as have things packed on my way Love Frank
