it is decided: $1.75 per bushel for oranges and 1.35 for express $3.10 per bushel for oranges. I can get the baskets, and the express Company calls for the fruit, same as last year. Tell me what time you want the fruit to be delivered and I'll do my best to get it there. Hope Marvin can get home Christmas, and hope all of you will have a good time. So sleepy can hardly see. Friday 9 a.m. Am refreshed and ready for whatever comes today. Had no nap yesterday aft. so I was needing the sleep. Forgot to thank you for the dollar. I paid it out at once to have my white shoes half-soled. The cobbler told me that soon there will be no more leather for half-soles, which is a pleasant prospect. I've barefooted in the house all summer, but to go out-doors with sand-spurs threatening every step, isn't. Frank has given up the 3 month's stay with me this winter because he has so much watch work on hand, and impossible to get materials promptly. Am looking forward to those pictures. Am making a scrap book out of old gift cards for Maxine. Love to all. Mother.
