Jan - (1912) Thursday Eve

Dear Mary Things are as they were when you left. It looks sure for an indidenent? early next week. Of couse there might be a slip but I dont think so. Will keep you pented?. I beleive I can win & of course shall give them a good fight an getting back my sparks? they got but somehow I cant keep the thought, that if it comes it will be for the best of will then do my best work perhaps it is necessary.
