Dearest Mother So glad to have the good news and I rejoice with you that you can stay in your own home and not have to give it up to someone else. I do hope Ms. Russell will stay with you right along. I have been planning to turn in one of the children's insurance policies to get what cash we can out of it. Thought I would talk it over with Mr. Brach if he calls tonight and see what we can do. I shall tell ^ him it is for taxes and think I can get it without any trouble. If I were positive the insurance companies would hold up and pay out when the endowments fall due I
