How absurd even the supposition appears- We see therefore crossed out there can be no salvation for this quarter- Satan cannot rebuke sin- one sinner cannot rebuke another sincerely- & much more alter his nature from sin to holiness- Again - How could an angel change the nature of the human soul- this is above his power- an angel cannot make himself & certainly he cannot create others- or change their natures when made- But supposing an angel could regenerate the soul, yet, how could he satisfy for men's sins
