filling and white icing with cocoanut. Had not intended to have a birthday dinner originally but owed the An-derson's a dinner and when planning it invited Al, as he happened to be visiting here that evening. Then he mentioned his birthday and said he could not remem-ber ever having had a birthday party or a birth-day cake, so I volunteered to supply them.

Everyone seemed to enjoy the eats - oh, yes made two dozen whole wheat rolls, also and baked bread
