Yesterday had Al Locke and the Andersons (Elmer, his wife and their two little girls over for dinner. Nine at the table. Loads of dishes to wash this morn-ing. Had pot roast, mashed potatoes, peas, lettuce and orange salad, ice cream (Malcolm froze it) birthday cake (Al Locke's 32nd birthday) and coffee. Made the custom-ary 3 layer cake with fig
