June 19 0 15 Dear May: - Excuse me for not sending the enclosed check sooner. Had it made out on the 15th of the month but was so busy I just neglected to send it. From now on I will mail you a check on the 15th of every month that is if it will be satisfactory to you. The reason I want to send it on the 15th instead of the 1st is because I have so many pressing bills to meet on the 1st of the month. Will this arrangement be satisfactory. Have made arrangements to have the roof roofed it will cost $90.00 The men will be out next Monday or Tues. There is a whole lot of work to do on the place
