Nov. 25 - 14 Mrs May Walden: Avon Park, Fla. Dear May: Enclosed herewith find P.O. Order $10.50 for Nov. Rent. I have taken out $4.50 from the $15.00 ( received from Mr. Cole. The $4.50 is for N. Randall & Son bill which is as follows Sept. 5 Patching Roof - $1.00 Sept. 4. 4 Gal Asphalt Paint 2.00 Sept. 4 3 hrs time painting roof 1.50

I will send you receipted bill just as soon as the above mentioned firm returns it to me. Mr. Cole says "that in the future he will pay the rent more promptly." I hope he does. Doc purchased one
