Utica Sept. 2nd unclear Dear Cousin,

  I am afraid you will think I am rather undecided when I tell you I shall not be there tomorrow; Uncle David is to be married tomorrow eve. & of course we must be present. I shall therefore postpone my visit to you until Friday morning. I am almost afraid to bring Clarence with me lest it should not be convenient.
