Rimsen June 3 1858 My Dear Husband

    I hope you have received the letters which I have sent I meant to have written this yesterday but waited to see if we should hear from you we got a letter from Jennie in which she says she is not to teach there next year, I hope she will come to Whitesboro We also had a letter from Mary on Monday saying she had started on Thursday and unclear  at Whiteriver Junction the unclear  first night was very tired but felt pretty well the next morning and came that day as far as Saratoga she understood that she could not reach Utica untill after midnight was quite tired and thought it not best to get to Utica in the night, and she went to the franklin House where Dr Strong is boarding and his parients he was very kind and said if the house was his own she might stay there a week or more without charge as it is she will not have to pay but half the common charges which is
