SATURDAY 5 An officer of the day of Camp William Penn. That is kind of rushing things I am thinking. Made the grand rounds and found the men pretty well posted in their duties

SUNDAY 6 Got a pass 15 go to church in the city. but as Lieut M. was detailed as officer of the guard I was unable to go. We now have an asst. Surgeon + 8 2nd Lieut + St. Col. 2. 1st Lieut
