Whereas John Evans has this day executed to me four certain provisory notes of twenty two hundred (2200) Dollars each, payable in one two, three & four years, and bearing six per cent interest per annum - payable annually secured by a trust Deed on the East half of Block ten (10) in the Town of Evanston, how therefore, it is a part of the consideration of said notes, that in case said Evans shall sell any part of the premises so incumbered on time not exceeding the time of said quotes for not more than four fifties of the purchase price thereof them and in that case I keenly agree to take the contracts for said sales and credit the amount due thereon upon said notes at the par value thereof, releasing said port of said previous from the said trust deed at the time said contracts are assigned and delivered to me And having sold to said Evans
