WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 2, 1865. Rumors of muster out 21st & 26th U.S. unclear have been ordered to make out their rolls. THURSDAY 3 Genl. Gillmore recommends to the war Dept that all colored Regts be mustered out. FRIDAY 4 We are going to have three steamers between here & New York and a mail every 5 or 6 days.
