to their wings - while those indigenous are not a fourth of full size & have no wings yet - So far as I have seen this is the only drawback to the Hills - They have eaten every thing at Camp Jenney, & the water there is so horribly alkaline as to make everybody sick - All are delighted to get away from that Camp. Have not been out of Camp today - writing letters at night -
