Do write, and write often. If there are three of you there at Bangor I ought to get a letter from there about once a week especially past July 1st. I meant to patronize Uncle Sam's bag luggers after that time. Every body find me something to do after September to earn money. [upside down] We are studying Molière French, Horace Latin, Electra of Sophocles Greek, Analytic Geometry, of application of Algebra to Geometry in. It is called hard. Our Mathematical Studies here are very deep, but not practical. All the Surveying we study is one week last term, but Trigonometry theory. one term. So Application and Calculus.

[right-hand side I wish you & Lucy could have the benefit of the Libraries here; & time to read. It is just what, & all what you need. Eliab would need the up & down study more. Do you find time and chance to read much? You dont know how much there is to read. I wish you could look over our Libraries some. I mean to improve them more. If I had & had had a fair chance here, I certainly would do well. Others do so little it would not be very hard, to do pretty well I am thinking.
