"I rejoice very much to hear that you have received the Word of God ( the Gospel "of Salvation) among you; and my wish is that through the holy Spirit you may be "tought how to live accordingly that you may feel and enjoy the blefsings flowing "to all such who believe in the Lord. "Yes my Grand child, I unite with all those who receive the Word of "God & beleive therin; Yes, all such I denominate my brethren, because then we "have all one and the same God whom we beleive in, namely Jesus Christ, who "suffered and died for us, and in whose presence we once shall all meet together. "See, my Grand child, it is now upwards of Seventy Years since I (my "Nation) received the Word of God, and this same Word of God is on this very "day so precious to me (us) as it was in the beginning. The sufferings and death "of our Saviour have a blefsed effect on our Heart - And we having the "afsurance in our hearts, that we are his children, unclear unclear abide in him and be "obedient to his commandments. " I sincerely wish, that all my grand children who have received the Word of God "might remain faithfull, & walk in his ways. Whosoever does this will not only experience "on his own heart the blefsings flowing, therefrom, but it will also have a blfsed effect on the Children of such." "One thing more I have to say to you ,my Gran children It is this: that our brother Smith leaves us here, to go & live with you. We here love him sincerely; & therefore our wish is that you also may love him, & when he instructs you, or preaches to you the Gospel of Salvation, follow his advice, that you may also enjoy the blefsings flowing to those who pay attention to the Gospel truths which they bear. "This is all, what we, who live on the Land belonging to the English Nation, have to say to you."
