It may save [valu?] Probable cost $.50 cent, on thence forward to a dollar. I am impatient to hear how you survive these money It [lev?] affirmed to be positively awful. Nothing like it [ev?] [kn?] Unfinished Rail roads are "all of a heap". moving [?] inches short as much as possible on this road they have [even?] missed part of the Engineering Corps. I may congratula myself upon being retained while others longer in servi who might reasonably be supposed better are discharged.
