I wrote Sabbath Afternoon, so I could not tell you in my last about the Preaching yesterday evening. I liked Mr Post more and better he preached in the evening without notes, and did very well. His text was "Worship God" It was by no means elaborated or polished; no special elegance of language; no depth of thought; no great clearness of doctrine; Yet it seemed to be just about the thing for the people here; it showed a well cultivated & a well informed mind, a forcible & effective style, a direct manner which tells upon the hearers, and all the elegance of language, soundness of doctrine, or profundity of thought necessary. I am inclined to think he is just the man for the place; And I wish he could be settled here and preach here all the time. Well I want to hear from you - I think I will get letters tomorrow. Well, if I have not written anything tonight, maybe I will tomorrow night. Kiss the Baby for me, and get him to kiss his mother ever so much on my account. Good night, and comfort to you all. Sincerely, truly, respectfully, and Affectionately, with very much love, Isaac
