Isaac DuQuoin Feb. 6. 1857 Elyria, Ohio-- Du Quoin Feb. 6. 1857 Friday evening Dearest To night came your good letter of Monday, Feb. 2. The best time yet. Enclosed was also two pages from Jennie; for which she may hereby consider herself specially thanked. I perceive now that she is a very good girl. If I send this letter tomorrow morning it will make one every day this week - No, - Monday 1, Tuesday 1, Wed. none, Thurs. 1, Friday 1, Saturday 1. Really I believe you must get tired of them. However I shall keep on writing them just for my own comfort, whether you tire of them or not. So last Saturday you got three letters at once It must have been a surfeit. It is lucky you had Sunday the next day to read them in. Mortal long ones too some of them. I am glad you like the new girl. What became of Polly Ann? How much was she repaid when she left? Does Paul Wilder get acquainted with the new girl?
