than I can tell, for I only know that they left here, two weeks ago tonight, & reached Buffalo in safety next morning. They thought some of going to Maine after a day or two at N. Y. & Antoinette & baby remain there & make her visit there, first, so as to be there while we are, & especially so as to return to Dumbarton under [unclear] as we intend coming back that way, so as to visit the While Hills on our way, but I doubt much if her mother will permit it, because she really is not able to take care of their boy who is a pretty little fellow Isaac poor fellow is dreadfully driven for time & I fear will exert himself too much when he returns & finds so much accumulated business on his hands; you must not wonder if you do not see him more at Milo or Brownvillie, I suppose he ought not to take the time and he expects to be through & go call in the fall, perhaps for the winter. I fear Lucy is worse she has not written me for a long time owes me two letter (short ones)
