In our delightful garden, the strawberry vines look green and flourishing, the pie plant shows it's colors above the ground raspberry (yellow & black cultivated) & currant bushes look bright, and cherry & other fruit trees seem just ready to bud into leaves. Yesterday the air was so warm that it was almost uncomfortable without a fire a breezy, dry, & warm south wind which through pleasant & spring -like, is somewhat exhausting to strength and energy: to say it is cooler, but balmy & mild.
