2 Opr saw him in the afternoon going to the Hall and afterwards saw Goding with him going toward their home Fisher was at Youngs Cigar Store several times Once he said he would like to get at something he was so tired of doing nothing that he had got so strong he could like any ? on the road. At night Opr managed to see Opr H.H.Y. and give him a letter Opr. had rec'd from Supt McGinn for him. About 10:30pm there was one of the Clanceys (a brother to the ?) and the youngest Young bro Tom Huber and 3 other Young men from the Watch Factory standing just opposite the Tremont House. and on the Porch was Officer Snyder and several new men there these men stood on opposite side of Street and called them all the names they could think of. S--- of B---- and Pinkerton Bastards. Scabs and other names until a Police came in sight and they moved on. Opr remained there around near the Depot and RR track till after 1:30am.
