     Whereas complaint has been lodged against Mrs. Jane Wolf now Mrs (Williams) by the heirs of Young Wolf Deceased by refusing to surrender Bills of Sales for Negroes given to the heirs of said Young Wolf deceased, -- it appearing also that there is some design to wrong the said Heirs out of their property, it is the request of the undersigned that Thomas Starr & Daniel McCoy Jr. take charge of Bills of Sales & property, and also take into their hands the education of Anna and Dennis Wolf, until the National Council & Committee shall be convened and act thereon. Given under my hand & seal word scratched out & word scratched out date above written.
